The training is suitable for those who want to develop their knowledge in coffee sensory science. The course goes into more depth on how we taste, perceive and interpret sensory skills.


You will learn how to conduct a tasting, identify varying qualities and communicate different types of aroma, body and taste according to international standards. In this course we also teach how to use different testing methods and how to set up and work with a tasting panel.

SCA Sensory Skills foundation is as prerequisite knowledge.

SCA enrollment fee (50 EUR) is included in the course fee.
