Basic knowledge of sensory assessment. How we perceive taste and how to apply this knowledge when assessing coffee.
You will learn more about our senses, how we perceive what we taste and how to apply this knowledge to evaluate the qualities of coffee. The course teaches how to prepare a cupping and gives you the correct terminology to identify and describe different characters.
