A course for the coffee professional who wants to take another step towards being able to brew master class coffee.
Here you will gain a deeper and more scientific insight into the essentials of coffee brewing. The course tests your ability to understand and use brewing charts and what happens when brewing parameters are changed. You will also explore how water quality, roast level and grind size affect the flavor and extraction of brewed coffee.
Passing the course SCA Brewing intermediate is a prerequisite to enroll this course.
SCA enrollment fee (50 EUR) is included in the course fee.
