A course for those of you who want to be able to analyze the factors that influence the barista craft.
The course gives you a deeper understanding of green coffee, different varieties and processing methods. You will analyze how dosage, grind size and ratio affect extraction, body and flavour of the espresso. You will also gain a deeper understanding of milk chemistry, latte art, customer service, finances, how to work smarter + health and safety.
SCA Barista Skills foundation or a deep knowledge regarding espresso brewing is a pre requesite.
SCA enrollment fee (50 EUR) is included in the course fee.
