Basic knowledge of the barista craft and the equipment and techniques required to become a really good barista.
The course provides a deeper understanding of specialty coffee and how you can influence the taste in different ways to increase the quality of the coffee you serve. The course goes through dosing, grinding, extraction, milk steaming, pouring technique and cleaning.
SCA enrollment fee (50 EUR) is included in the course fee.
